I'd personally like to join a company in order to have mentors which can help me improve my coding. Also I don't have much rep, so joining a company is also important for me. However, before applying I have some questions.

What's the advantage of joining your company as opposed to taking requests individually? What's the average pay? How many sales have you made so far? How big is your company so far, and can your employees vouch that you're a good leader? What percent of revenue do you take?

What is a sales person even supposed to do? (Scour the forums to find requests? PM individual users?)
Why do you need 8 sales people?
