Ragnarok Network - Staff Recruitment

Hello

My name is Carlos (AKA ByteGamingTV). I am the owner of a new and upcoming server called "Ragnarok Factions". The Ragnarok Network Will be a place where all players can enjoy some minecraft with their friends and peers. The Ragnarok Network will start off as a Factions Server until we've gained enough support to improve the server and make it even Bigger!!!

We, like many other Networks, are looking for staff to help manage and maintain the fun inside our servers. We are looking for MATURE and HONEST players to join our ranks and help Improve the server whenever needed.

The Following Positions are Needed in order to help Maintain the Server.

Staff Manager: 0/1
Admins: 0/1
Moderators: 0/3
Head Builder: 0/1
Developers: 0/2
Builder: 0/3
Helpers: 0/2

I'm assuming neither builder nor developer is paid?

Since the server is fairly New and still isn't released to the public, payment won't be available until there is enough funds to start paying staff. i do plan on Paying my staff. but some investment is going to be needed in order for the server to be Successful.[DOUBLEPOST=1500578194][/DOUBLEPOST]

You are going to get no developers or builders if you're not paying.

hmm, you are correct, but Builders and devs are not top priority for me at this current moment. i'm more looking for mods and admins. of course, when the server gets bigger, ill be more than gladly to lok for builders. thanks for your Input [DOUBLEPOST=1500578425][/DOUBLEPOST]

Don't run a server if you can't pay for stuff then..
