As the title suggests, us here at RaidHub network are looking for a community manager with good contacts with factions leaders and other server owners.

The primary reason for recruiting a community manager is to make the atmosphere of the server feel right. Community manager will be involved with many server activities, and will have a massive say on how our server is run.

We are currently NOT paying the person who will take up this position, it would mainly be for portfolio building, and for the opportunity to be involved with something great.

Some new managers work for free to build up their portfolio. Or simply offer their services due to them liking the server they're working for.

I think you should rephrase my chances being gone, to my chances being unlikely. As that would be a more fitting statement.

Funny part is all of the paid managers I have worked with have done nothing to help the server and the guys who do it for free help out the server a lot and get paid once the server grows.

Paid manager positions are funny in my opinion. No one should get an upfront payment to manage a server. Once they get paid, they do nothing.

The current community manager we have has already done more work in a voluntary capacity than all of the paid managers I've ever hired combined.

Exactly, all the paid managers on here are just people who rep farm to make them look professional and then scam owners by not doing anything after they are hired. Waste of money. I am yet to see a manager on here who has actually made a server successful.

Zacey, Diz? I'm a paid manager as well, I put maximum effort into the work which I complete. If you're unable to find a manager who will work because they're dedicated but want payment for the amount of time they put in, you need to find a new manager

Have a look at Minesharp, I ran it up until about two weeks ago for just under a year, they were at a point of sitting at 20ish players when I first joined.
