Raiding outpost plugin

i need someone to make me a raiding outpost plugin for factions uuid it must consist.

it is an event the lasts 4 hours and occurs every 12 hours with warzone claims and and a faction called RaidEvent that has the base claimed. there must be message's in chat counting down until the next raid event. there also must be a message counting down until the event is over too. when the event is over all players must be teleported to a specific location set with command.

There also needs to be a gui that's open a menu and tells you when the next outpost is with a countdown, there should also be a icon in the menu showing active outpost live time, also an icon saying when the last outpost ended.

the command should be /ro , /RaidingOutpost
