Hello MC-Market, This thread is basically just a way to recruit
some good staff members for my Minecraft network and give you an idea
so you know a bit about what we do, and how you could get into working with us.
HELPERS
So this rank is pretty obvious, these people are the face of the network. They will be supporting all of our customers/members of our network with any questions or support they may require. This role is the lowest on our team but highly respected.
MODERATORS
These people are quite more complex than a helper, they will moderate all chats and forums ensuring that no one that breaks our rules, gets away with it. This will hopefully make the network a Zero Hacker Zone. They will have the ability to ban and punish members that do not agree to our rules making our network a safer environment for players.
ADMINISTRATORS
So yes, administrators, they deal with reports, suggestions or anything that requires them to do. Whether it helps to resolve bugs, look through applications and help handle the duties of a moderator. They will also handle appeals to see if someone is eligible for an unban. They will also handle support requests via Email/Forum about purchases etc.

Railed.org has just went into a development on the 10th March 2018 and currently holds 2 server types, Practice PvP & Kit PvP. With 2 servers that are the exact same, just one is in the US and the other are in the EU (4 servers in total).
We currently have 5 donator ranks that are global across the network, and can be seen at store.railed.org and currently has a 75% OFF SALE. But that's not why you're here.
