Rain Forest Themed Faction Spawn

Hi, Im wondering if anyone can build me a Rain forest themed faction spawn, here is a list of things i want. Also if someone has a link to one that someone is already selling / free download please link me it.
175x175 - 225x225
Rainforest / jungle themed
NOT like a normal minecraft jungle
Lake area with wrecked boat (small boat)
Decent sized animals - Snake, Tiger / Jaguar (either), and some fish and birds
Crate area
Custom trees
