We have a memory issue with our server. We’ve done everything from eliminating suspects in our heap dumps to playing around with some startup flags. I can’t seem to get my ram to decrease. It keeps increasing until it crashes. I need someone with a lot of experience with this to help me.

1.8 and 105 plugins. We've taken a look at Heap Dumps etc and we don't think it's a plugin.

105 plugins... How much RAM do you have allocated to the server and how many players average? Are you using an optimised jar?
