Random crate spawning system

[KitPvP]

I really need a plugin where everytime we use the command /meteor, it spawns a crate randomly in the world and says the coords in chat (message configurable).
Make sure it doesnt spawn the crate in the water, in lava or underground.

When a player goes to the coords where the crate spawns, and he opens it, he gets a random amount of stuff (configurable in the config).

I want something simple that spawns a chest in a random location every X minutes, and when the first guy who finds it opens it, he gets the rewards and the chest dissapears

CosmicPvP's envoy system : Every blank amount of minutes a cosmic envoy gets deployed dropping crates all around the warzone when u open the chest and take the items the chest go's away, or anyone can spawn in a cosmic envoy with a envoy stick they either get from buying a donator rank or just buying some from the buycraft store.
