Random Equipment Toolbag Plugin With Advanced Enchantments Support

Hello again MCM users.

Just a day or two ago I was asking for a quote on a plugin idea. Now I would like to bring that idea into reality and use it exclusively.

Here is my idea. I would like a custom equipment plugin that has full support for Advanced Enchantments and any custom enchantments added later on.

The custom equipment should have thousands of name combinations or should allow me to add name combinations. The main thing is that these names should not correspond to the wrong equipment type (Aka calling a chest plate a pickaxe).

I would also want there to be at least 5 Tiers of loot bags for now, and for the loot bags to drop as items. These items need to be done in a way that would allow me to make the loot bags drop from a Mythic Mob.

Another aspect that I would want from this plugin, is that there should be around 15 predefined equipment sets that don't have their name repeated. If possible I would like to add a buff if you wear the whole set of armor.

I would also want some commands to reload the plugin, and to spawn in different loot bags.

Lastly, I want this to be highly customizable in a config. So for instance, I can have a list of all the possible names to combine for different equipment types and make it where I can add more equipment sets down the road.

As a final note to any developers looking at this, depending on the quality of the work I would be going with only you for most of my more complex plugins.

EDIT: My budget is up to $80, but based off of quotes I'm expecting this to be around $40-70
