Random Item Give Plugin

HI there so im currently looking for a plugin developer that can create my server "ChronicMC" a plugin where i can do /random {user} 312, 412, 512 {amount} and it will give the user one of the items stated?
So if they buy 5 Random Egg Spawners on Buycraft it will give then 5 Random Egg Spawners


$20 i will offer as this is just a simple plugin!
