Depends on what you classify as aliens. We’ve found bacteria on mars before which is alive which is technically “Aliens” by definition.

If you mean aliens, as in a human species exactly similar to us, then no. We've been around for some 200,000 years and only recently (in spacey terms) created the technology to launch us into the heavens (63 years since we launched Sputnik). The chances of a species being in the exact same period to interact with us are practically impossible. But for your sake, let's say a more advanced species exist... We can't take care of beings lesser than us very well, so why would advanced ones give a shit about us? Anyways, I'll return to the abyss now
