Randomized amount of Money Per Kill

Hello MCM.

I have a request for an upcoming project. I need a plugin that does the following:
Randomizes a specific amount of money for 1 kill each.
Does not have a multiplier for a killstreak.
Posts a message in chat that if a player has a 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and so on killstreak. Up to around 75.
When a player is killed, no money shall be withdrawn from their account.
When a player gets a kill, the message should be kept in their own chat.
