RandomPackage Config

Hi guys,

I am keeping this quick and simple. I am looking for a config for the plugin named "RandomPackage" By default, the plugin is very OP and is clearly meant for OP-Factions, I would like to have someone nerf it to make it not so OP.

The plugin doesn't need to be exclusive as it doesn't make it different from the normal plugin other than changing a ton of stuff in it, however the messages stay the same. If someone already has this please let me know or you can make it from scratch
