Most developers get paid for the amount of time they work, not for the project. Even something as simple as this doesn't just take 5 minutes to be developed and to actually be a stable plugin and not shit bricks every other minute.
1$ is just ridiculous and it makes you look like a complete dumbass that doesn't have the slightest idea about plugins.

For one, that is extremely uncalled for.
Secondly, I know this plugin is easy to make because I have worked with developers in the passed and I've seen this plugin custom made before in less than an hour. You may disagree with the pricing, but that's all I can spare at the moment. If you don't think it's enough, then just leave; don't be a bitch and leave a comment like that. That's extremely childish.
You obviously don't know what you're talking about, your thought of paying a software developer 1$ is childish no matter how complex your request.

you have not seen this plugin made in less than an hour. making a full blown permissions plugin centered around groups and permissions being handled through guis cannot be made in an hour, no matter how fast your wpm is.
if you still have contact with the developer who supposedly programmed the ranks grant plugin (which for some reason you aren't using?) in less than an hour, i challenge him to a typeracer match. best of 5.
Well, it's not a permissions plugin since it's executing other plugins' commands, but I still agree- it can't be done in an hour.
Do you value your time in the slightest?
