this has come to my attention previously the plugin itself does not bypass minecrafts SRC code therefore it is actually EULA complient also exceptions have been made for theese types of plugins before and are continued to be allowed by eula enforcement exceptions

Umm no its been confirmed by mojang that it is not allowed. If you use this you have a chance of being blacklisted. TheArchon and primemc and im sure more got a email saying its not allowed. So this is no where by means eula compliant. So i would not advertise it as "EULA COMPLIANT".
