Rank Transfer

It would be cool if you were able to transfer your rank, like if i had a premuim rank and i had no money, but i wanted to do a giveaway, i could just click "transfer rank" type in the person's name and boom! They have the rank! Not sure if this is possible, but yeah.

I like the idea! But maybe it should also store the rank transfer somewhere so users don't just say they lost their rank and earn a free rank

Like bebosny said, dont suggest something for the sake of suggesting.
Only suggest things that might help MCM.
Personally I think this belongs in the "just for the sake of suggesting".
This does not help mcm at all.
