Rank Upgrades with LuckPerms

Helloooo MC-Market,

I have spent the last 30 minutes of my life when I could be watching football looking on how to do Rank Upgrades with Luck Perms. Do I need a custom plugin made or is there a command In-Game I can run to make sure they have the previous rank before I give them the new rank.

You can do this with EZRanksPro and LP.

Not looking for Prison Rank Upgrades, looking for general upgrades you can purchase on the store.
