Rankup Plugin.

So essentially I want a plugin where I can do /setrank a-z (configurable, meaning any ranks/names I want) and make a rankup hierarchy. I just want to be able for one to be able to show there rank in featherboard (rank from/rank to) as well as being able to give certain mines (permission nodes) to users. Pex? It is compatible with Vault which has placeholders which you can use with featherboard

There's a free Rankup plugin available and it also has placeholders you can put into Featherboard
