1) Vast amount of og / cape accounts are either scammed, cracked or stolen from people (ratted). A way to reduce these type of dealings or scamming from happening on mcm, is maybe to give out 'Reputable seller' tags to specific users. This idea may be explored into more detail if it was considered.

2) Lack of staff members. To resolve this the Owners need to simply step up there game and actually start recruiting more staff, Simple as that.

3) McMarket reputation system. This needs to be re-rolled back as the old reputation system in some aspects where people can see both neg/pos/neutral reps on a users profile without actually looking into their profile in order to see it. https://gyazo.com/acd50a80bb120d9d4c572fc4fc099002 < This bit needs changing.

4) Easier accesibility to pages. says it within the suggestion

diff themes come with upgrades like all other sites lol it's 10$ pocket change
there are enough staff members but not enough iq points

Oh i guess ill remove the diff themes bit, but w/ the trusted seller, it means only specific ppl would get it, not neccesarily ppl with high rep.

1. Cape accounts 100%, OG's not so much. Majority of the ones I've seen recently are from collectors like Hunter Z and Doggy Fanpage, the OG owners, or Chearful snipes.
2. Yeah, I agree, but it's hard to find staff that are both competent and unbiased.
3. Half-agree, half-disagree. I like the new format, but not the proof requirement or length requirement. There's not much else to say other than "sold user an account, went smooth and quick". In my personal opinion, I think there should only be a proof requirement for neg reps, because you don't pos rep someone out of spite or revenge (while some do that with neg reps).
4. Already is one, I think you need premium though. I also think someone on here has an exclusive pink theme that staff gave them, although I don't recall who.
5. WDYM? You can access pages in like 10 different ways. Recent activity page, recent posts/threads sidebar, recent posts that appear in front of a section name on the front page, directly from the URL, from within the section, etc etc.

Even if that isn't the solution in stopping stolen account deals there are alternatives such as mcm can easily implement a reporting section for users to report if there account has been scammed / stolen and if they have valid proof the specific account can be blacklisted from it being sold on mcm. Theres lots more of solutions which i havent explored on this thread

The moment that someone with one of the reputable seller tags exit scams or creates problems with customers it’ll reflect badly on Mc-Market as a whole. Everyone had also acknowledged and agreed to the fact that more staff members are needed. It’ll take time but more users will eventually be promoted.

If you believe an account to be stolen, please report it. Giving people a trusted rank just makes people less cautious and could lead to more scams/liability for MCM.

We've promoted more staff members in the past 6 months than any other period in MC-Market's history. We are constantly working on improving our processes to ensure that we are not backlogged. At this point, "more staff" isn't the solution.

No, our new system has more benefits that I've expressed on previous suggestions about this issue.

I still have no clue what "add accessibility" means after your explanation. I think our forum is already easy enough to navigate, especially compared to other forums.

In the future please create all suggestions on separate threads so that it's easier for us to discuss.
