Today I am going to begin testing how far we can go with Raspberry PI Hosting,

Discord: 8MVRhR6

The discord will allow you to make a ticket to contact me.

The conditions of the trial hosting is that you will follow the network's (All servers are made into one RPI Network) currency, rules, and we will provide you staff members that get active training.

a minecraft server on a raspberry pi takes like 20 minutes to start, and is very laggy and crashes often

(From my testing)

It doesn't have to be for minecraft hosting. I use my raspberry-pi 3 to run discord bots.

Mine takes just under a few minutes to start the raspberry pi itself, since it's in my own home I can deal with any issues. However, their shouldn't be any if your server is built correctly, I've hosted my own one with no performance issues at all.

From my knowledge however, you've got larger fish to fry. Yikes: https://www.mc-market.org/threads/468922/

Correct, however, unless I know the person well it's limited to Minecraft.

I don't know the only limits the OP said was of where the hosting is located. Never said it was limited to MC. But he also said you gain "some" access to the pi you are provided since the other portions are used to connect to the/a network.

What Yapperyapps has said is correct, The location is limited to the United Kingdoms / Northern Ireland. However, what you are not correct about is this, you get access to your server as in one Minecraft server file. Which makes you correct in a sense; though I have to clear up this fact, you cannot get access to the full RPI as I need it to connect to a VPS / VPN (for the mean time)

This isnt going to be a pleasant experience.

Emphasis? I'd love to have feed-back, especially from experienced members.

No problems, yeah unless I know the person well I can't add much.

If you really want the discord bot hosting, I'm sure if you're a reputable member you can contact me and we will discuss it. :) (Just in general, I'm aware you won't want this.)

ironic coming from the man who's daemon takes over 15 minutes to startup because you have over 500 servers on one node.

Really? My raspberry pi 3 b+ boot under a minute with raspbian
It's my older one that I'm benchmarking in that, about 2.2 minutes. My RPI 3 is being used in a project to be presented in Dublin coolest projects

Try using esp32 if you're doing some projects, or both.
Great duo

Oooo, I would but I needed Google hardware supported on the RPI, custom made voice recognition system with the Google AIY kit

Oooo juicy drama..

Could you tell me how you did it?

if you need you can contact me on discord, and I can find you some tutorials for the RPI 3

How I "used it to run discord bots"? Just open a terminal (or screen) and go to the path where your file is located and enter the command to run the runnable file. I use java so it would be like [java -jar <JarName>.jar]
