I mean, HCF only really needs a shop at most so any other buildings would be unnecessary. ty for opinion doe.

I'd give it a 6/10 right now as well.
In my opinion, it needs more things. Since there cherry blossom looking trees surrounding the spawn, maybe some sort of gazebo or Japanese looking hut (you can try Googling a "Shinto entrance" I think it's called) as the centerpiece? Maybe add a pond or river?
The buildings and other features don't have to be practical really, it just makes it look better.
