It's missing a lot of detail in my opinion, the roof, the area above the void, the ground, etc. is all rather detailless. Add some detail and I'd say maybe $30 on MCM.

And the roof is fine, no detail is really needed. Its not 100% done as its still being built, but thanks for the feedback!

The brown area at the bottom of the walls surrounding the center island. All the walls are lacking detail too.
