Rate my panel

So a friend and I are in the works of a SMM Panel. Website is complete and we are in the stages of beta. We are currently using a temporary domain.

I am looking for opinions on what to improve on. We are probably one of the most cheapest panels and await for your feedback

Looks really cool but theres a weird stripe in the middle of the background image.

Ticket system is a bit buggy.
You can enter a message and then spam the "Open Ticket" button...

Also when you open a ticket it should auto-update the "Support Tickets" table so that the user doesn't have to reload the page.

Other than those two issues everything looks fine.
