My guy, you know a GTX 970 has about the same performance as a GTX 1060 6GB/Rx 580, right? That would not only cost more but would also perform much, much worse.

It will be able to run fortnite very smoothly, however, doing that and streaming may be stretching it. The processor really is not made for streaming.
How about recording?
