Hey All!

For those of you who does not know me, this is my thread:
https://www.mc-market.org/threads/410134/

Since half a year ago, I start learning how to make trailers and have been making free trailers for people ever since. For the past 3 months, I had been busy and did not do any video editing. Recently for the summer vacation I have decided to get back to editing. Recently I just started to learn 3D animation programs such as Maya AutoDesk and Cinema4D.

My most recent trailer shows quite a few sections of C4D:

Since I have never actually charged any money for doing trailers on McM, I just wanted to know how much would you guys actually pay for my trailers. Since doing C4D really takes a lot of time, I actually want to start charging money so that it would be a little more fair to me LOL.

Also, I edit on a 10 year old Mac without a GPU, which is why it's so hard for me to edit LOL. The programs I use to edit are Final Cut Pro and Cinema4D for the animations (Sometimes Maya). I've been trying to learn After Effects for a while but Adobe banned me...

Anyways, I just wanted to know how much you guys feel like I should charge for my trailers... basically give an appraisal. Thanks!

Thanks y'all for reading!

As I have looked at other replies, I have to agree, $15-20 dollars for this trailer sounds like a pretty good price.

On another note, this looks great!
Thanks

Maybe put epilepsy warnings before the video starts, the beginning is killing me. (I really like it though!)
Other than that, I like the entire trailer, just try to go with some nice font.

And for someone that is new to this, or worked with it for half a year, you are doing just awesome.
Thanks!!![DOUBLEPOST=1559784819][/DOUBLEPOST]
- the beginning was kind of pointless imo (i assume the client wanted something like it)
- at 00:37 the changing of the perspective looks really messy and sharp, the effect isnt really done too well, idk what you're using to edit these but i'd go into the graph editor and smooth the movements out
- the text/text screens is a little strange, as Hannes said the gradients look out of place to the rest of the trailer
- work on your shake settings it looks kind of messy lol
- small detail but the flicker settings u used in the beginning are way too high lol

other then that tho its p good

Hey! Thanks for your suggestions. I use Final Cut Pro to edit which doesn't have graphs. Also I agree the shake looks extremely goofy. :/ unfortunately thats the best I can do with shakes because final cut pro don’t have shake effects and the shaking in the video came from me keyframing and dragging the video up and down really fast.

The flicker is also made by me putting a 50% opaque black screen and turning it on and off few times a second lol. Maybe I can improve it and make it less intense by turning the opacity even lower to maybe 25%.

Other than that, thanks so much for your suggestions.
