I like it, but the design needs some adjustments. What are the blocks meant to represent? What's the purpose of the "#1"? It's very small, especially when scaled down. I suggest finding an alternative way to include it in your design so that it's visible and doesn't add unnecessary clutter.

Hmm. The logo looks nice! However, the 1# doesn't fit in there a bit because it has slightly strange edges compared to the rest, but otherwise nice!
