Pretty much a modern high end pc. No real need to ask how good it is when you probably know very well already.

Gaming - 9
Streaming - 10 - I don't stream but 6 cores is enough I've heard, so 8 should be plenty.
Editing - 9 - again, 8 cores is plenty but you could have more if you upgrade to a threadripper. +0.5 if OC'd to 5ghz.

a 2070 is enough to play pretty much anything, unless you exclusively play Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Battlefield V on max settings then you're perfectly fine

Wait, are you using a 2 person setup and are you using H.264? It sounds like you are and I highly recommend using H.264 encoding.

2 person setup? idk what that is, I'm using QuickSync because x264 is laggy and NVENC isn't supported by 1030s

Sorry I meant 2-computer setup, I totally had a brainfart moment haha.

And for some reason I thought you were the OP with the i7-8700k, my bad... I just totally brain farted.

Nope, I'm using a single computer. And RIP on the brain explosion.

Don't even bothered to use Core i7, I have personal experience with it.
I got it on my laptop it never runs smoothly, there's always a lag (and I only use it for like my websites)

I got Intel G4400 on my pc and it run games amazingly, without lag and stuff.

Yeah haha my bad, glad it's working fine..

For the OP;
Gaming 1-10: 9, rating this only because the experience with RTX on is pretty horrendous with how much you're sacrificing to how much you gain. Performance impact without it is brilliant.
Streaming 1-10: 10, with new optimisation towards RTX cards with programs such as OBS-Studio enables their encoder and performs much better with more bitrate. Ultimately being a great way for streaming with a high-quality (enough) gameplay (or whatever you stream with).
Editing 1-10: 9, I don't keep up to date with editing much and although it's a beefy computer, I don't know if Intel is considered great with editing software.
