Honestly, 4 or 5 out of 10.

Do not like the triple outlining of the thing. The white outlining looks bad. I don't really like the shading on the red. The red lightning is also lower quality (pixel wise) than the text making it look weird. I just think a lot of things add up and makes me dislike the whole thing. No offense, I cannot do better myself but it's just my opinion.

I'd just increase the white stroke, to make it more nice for reading and increase the letter stroke, that grayish one.

I like it but the text is too big and the font makes the stroke look like a bunch of speed bumps. Try going something along the lines of this with the text.
