i gotta give it a 9 but would've been a 10 if it had fucking 1080 ti or something not used :D
I got the used 1080 and 32GB Ram from a friend for $650.
Saved me around 500 bucks.

Also, the first few things I will upgrade are:

GPU: I am saving up for the most overkill of a GPU... The one and only RTX Titan
Motherboard: Sort of pointless but I want the new Maximus
RAM: Probably will start trying to upgrade to 3200mhz
Storage: Will totally be getting 1TB NVMe

My bank put the $650 for my friend on hold so he can't ship it for another week or so. I can live with Intel Graphics for a week but I can't live without RAM, so I spent $20 bucks on 4GB that will get here tomorrow.[DOUBLEPOST=1550517820][/DOUBLEPOST]

I was going to get the Black Widow Chroma cause my headset and mouse are Razer Chroma but it was overpriced

Most of razer's stuff is overpriced beyond reason, corsair and logitech are good for keyboard and mouse respectively.

Would've went with a faster hard drive and alternated it, if you got all that, get 3000mhz ram
What do you mean? What drive? I plan on upgrading to 3200mhz ram later on :p I got a good deal if I bought the 32GB ram and gpu together

Honestly its a really solid build. I dont know how much of a performance gain the 9900k is over something like the 8700k but if it is that noticeable in the work you do go for it. Personally ive bought used parts before from complete strangers and the fact that your getting the ram and 1080 for a good deal together is great in my opinions, especially since its from a friend. It seems your making your pc trying to future proof as much as possible. Thought I do question why your main HDD is only 500gb, Personally I prefer to have a 1tb at least and then if you need adding a Intel Optane drive to boost performance on the HDD for certain applications. My only worry might be cooling? the 9900k is a powerful CPU and Im not sure how well an Air Cooler would work for it ( probably more than fine Im just an AIO and Hardline cooling nut ) . The case should provide you with enough open air vents to cool the components. But have you thought of Hardline cooling this build? Obviously its not necessary but this seems to be your pride and joy almost and I personally love seeing Badass hardline builds and you have the components to do so. overall 9/10 Since the ram speed as of right nows a little low ( just barely more than in my 5820k build ). I questioned some things but obviously those are just what I think about the world etc but its really solid

I hardly use my drives, I like to keep most things on the cloud. I am planning on upgrading the ram, but the deal I got was too good to pass down. I got the cooler I did because I needed a temporary cooler until I can get a liquid one. The cooler listed above is one of the best for fans. I originally planned on getting an i7-8700k but the i9 was only around a hundred more and had a solid 5ghz overclock speed. The final factor in why I decided on getting an i9 is the packaging lmao.
