That GPU needs an upgrade ASAP. I'd recommend an RX590 or 480 depending on your budget, or a GTX 1660Ti.

P.S - Get an SSD as your boot drive, it's definitely worth it and makes a day/night difference in overall smoothness.

In a nut shell, your current graphics card is AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB, which is not the best, the 1660 Ti is a new graphics card on the cheaper end. As for the boot SSD, you're currently on a hard drive which is mechanical, therefore, it's slower, but if you get a SSD, your computer will boot faster, be more responsive, and open programs faster

Take that GPU out before you do anything else, and run it on integrated graphics - It will run better like that, trust me.

that's really not that bad, i have similar specs and i can get 70 fps on fortnite (low) and i can stream minecraft at 1080p60
if you're streaming fortnite though, get a 1060 or 1050ti
