Assuming this is a listing you see somewhere:
High Speed Gaming
Isn't a speed.
ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS gaming motherboard
Trash.
AMD RYZEN 5 1600 6Core CPU @ 4.0ghz
Decent, but they go dirt cheap now that amd is so close to dropping Zen 2.

SAPPHIRE RX470 4GB NITRO OC EDITION(similar performance to GTX1060)
Yeah, the 3gb version (10% slower) and eats power like a mad lad.

180GB Intel M.2 SSD
Wow, OS and 1 game at ssd speed.

600w EVGA power supply
I bet it's not even bronze rated.

That's painful given the low prices of ssd today.

TLDR - wouldn't pay more than $350 for this given the dated parts from last gen and about to be 2 generations old. $400 absolutely max, any more and you're getting ripped off.

I recommend that you make something on a site like PC Part Picker, that's what I did. Then I built it myself.

Then I can't help you. Try nzxt, though with any pre-configured system is going to be overpriced.

B350 motherboards don’t suck if you’re a regular gamer and not a PC Enthusiast. Same with that CPU, they will get the job done. High speed RAM is at least 2133mhz since it’s ddr4. The rest I’m in agreement with, this PC is not worth anything above $500

No, high speed is AT LEAST 2400. Although, actually high speed is 3000+

Yes, b350 boards get the job done if you don't really plan to overclock, much, as the vrms are not that great. Speaking from experience, as I'm currently stuck with gigabyte b350 gaming 3 while waiting for x570 and Zen 2, my board loves to act up with pretty much any bios changes outside of xmp and a small overclock. Its memory issues are pretty atrocious too. I've spent a few hours debugging the thing more times than I'd like to say. I do agree though, a 1600 is still a solid 6-core option and should hold up fine for a while.

Clearly. Though ram speed is important for Ryzen and if the seller doesn't list and assumes the buyer doesn't understand what fast ram is, it's safe to assume it isn't 3000mhz+.

I’m about to embark on a mighty endeavor and build a God PC. My 10/10 goal is to drop $5,000 just so I can play Minecraft!

2400 isn’t a guarantee for high speed even though it should be - literally seen prebuilts run with 2133 ddr4 just to save money

Most casual gamers don’t overclock from what I’ve seen unless it’s by a slight amount. I run a 1060 and a 8700k and don’t oc
