Yeah, basically what others have said.
Add some more effects to the character in my opinion. (Example: Glows)
Make that really pop and become eye-catching. But not too much where eyes will hurt.
Personally, I don't like the text but that's just me.

To me. I don’t think it works well with the second line color. The second line is bright will the 1st line is very dark. So choosing a lighter Color might look better
