You're right the drawing lacks any type of shading and the texture of the skin is way to smooth. The color scheme wasn't all so bad because the colors she chose really drew attention toward the character in the middle. So if you want to improve Llama, I'd recommend practice shading a ball, or something https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=shading+tutorials The detail in the hair is also a bit broad. Perhaps add some strands or shading to the hair I noticed you added a darker shade around the ends so it doesn't look AS plain, but adding shade would really help it out. In the sleeve are you also could've added some wrinkles because real shirts don't just go over your hand https://www.google.com/search?q=shi...=chibi+with+big+sweater&imgrc=uNKyyMR6HpPR8M:. I really hope this paragraph has helped you a little bit.6, mainly because it lacks detail and the coloring is very smoothed out. Im not expert but I lso thought that the color scheme didnt work out cause of the majority of green. But hey, a drawing is a drawing. Dinosaur is pretty cool too.

If you're having trouble shading draw yourself a little sun of where the light is hitting I do that sometimes. where the light is facing directly will receive the lightest shade. Also don't use the spraypaint tool to get those smooth blends maybe use a more rough brush a blending brush perhaps watercolor will be fine. It will make for a really nice realistic skin tone if that's what you're wanting. I watched this, and still do to this day to get my skin tones right shading applies to ALMOST everything you draw. Really hope this has helped you.Okay, so from what I've gathered I need to work on my shading and folds. Shading is a difficult thing to master seeing as everyone views something differently, whether it be from where the light is coming from or how bright the light is. But, folds I agree I need to work on. Thanks for all your input! Any more advice would also be appreciated from other people.
