Hello, recently I've had inspiration to invest into another website as a side-project to my main project I've been working on for months. I don't want to overload my web-developer so I guess I'll be looking for another one for this project. Essentially, I'm wanting to make a cool email-hosting site for people using botting services, spammers, etc. Here's the features I've come up with off the top of my head (will probably have more later).​

FEATURES:
Normal Email Hosting (free 1 email account)
Create several emails at once (can generate 100+ emails instantly if they have premium) (generates them using legit-looking names)
Premium Users (depending on package) can generate a certain amount of emails instantly.
API Access (premium users can easily use an api with their api key to generate these emails)
Payment System (customers can buy premium plans)
Premium Dashboard (premium users can manage all their emails at once, delete, etc all with ease)
When premium users create emails, they can also set how long they want these emails to work for (delete after a certain amount of days/hours)
Admin Dashboard (I can see all the users and click and manage their emails, ban a user, upgrade a user, etc)
Allow customers to add their own domain name for $3/domain name.
Maybe even a domain host so customers can purchase their own domain and have it hosted and such on-site.
I'd also like a custom inbox layout.

BUDGET:
I don't have a massive budget for this project, however it isn't underpay. I believe I have the right amount of a budget for this site. I do however only have BTC to pay with sadly, I cannot send you PayPal, if that's a problem I can help you find a exchanger.

REQUIREMENTS:
Before we talk about anything, I'll need to see your previous projects/portfolio. I will also need you to already have a set price that I will be paying, I will pay you in payments (3-4 payments depending on how long it will take you). I am also looking for you to be able to do the front-end design as well, I can assist you by paying for a UI/UX designer to do it.

Also, if you're going to quote me in the thousands, don't even bother messaging me because I can 100% guarantee you I will not be paying you that much. Thanks

This is a project worth thousands.
When you're talking about dashboards you should always look at your own budget.

Right and I agree with you on that, however with the 3-4 payments, I will not be paying fully upfront because of several things.

If you agree with him regarding the price, why are you unwilling to pay thousands? I have someone able to do this, but I gaurantee they will quote you thousands, because that's what the job is worth.

I understand to some developers this job is worth that much. However, I set my budget out there and if they can’t do it for that then I personally just said don’t contact me. I understand that people like Joshua C that do this as their main job and are insane at what they do. I’ve seen his work and love it and know it’ll be 100% worth the price that he quotes me. However I did set my budget and unfortunately I cannot pay more then that for this specific project. I’m not in a rush to do this and maybe that budget will expand in the future, but for now it will remain where it’s at. Thank you again.

It'll be somewhere under the thousands. Usually in this community (from past experience), I've noticed that developers will occasionally raise their price for the project if my budget is higher (without raising their quality). I understand that this is a bigger project and that they might want thousands but I do not agree when developers will price me extremely high just because my budget is high. This isn't a direct hit to anyone, it's just happened to me in the past and I'm personally (as an application developer) not a fan of that. As always, thanks for your reply.

Imagine coming onto a MC forum for this...no doubt this will cost minimum $1k where ever you go and thats if you get lucky, you say not thousands so what is your budget exactly? and i find its actually the opposite on here, kids will offer you ridiculous quotes just to beat each other, i remember a while ago wanting a dev and said my budget was $300 and got offers for $50 because kids on here are so needy for money its unreal.

Either way this type of job doesn't take Stephen Hawking to see its going to be a lot more than $500 or whatever your budget is and i imagine thats why you've even came on here because you know you've got a better chance of getting dev work for cheap and know if you went elsewhere your chance of someone doing this with that budget is 0%.If you're actually serious about this project and want it actually completing and working you're looking at $1k if you're super lucky but i'd imagine most will charge $2k+, GL.

Developing a website can be hella stressing. Even if you don't pay per hour, it'd take enough hours to develop this to cost thousands.
