Ratings requirement for a vouch copy

Hello,

I know I've made a lot of suggestions but this one is actually pretty good IMO. My suggestion is to have a requirement such as 100 ratings to receive a vouch copy. There's so many people with like 0 messages asking for a vouch copy then a bunch of users telling them that they have 0 ratings. I think this would cut down on the spam a little to. Let me know your opinions on this.

There are also people with fake or spammed ratings, or even the actual reputable members asking for too many vouch copies. If not, more than the non-reputable members. It's just from my point of view. It's a balance

Might encourage rate boosting, I simply decline ppl w/ less ratings. Also 100 ratings wouldn't necessarily be what some people want for a vouch copy. Some want to give to people with 300 + so their product or service looks more favorable.

Maybe there could be a certain amount of ratings one person could rate you in a certain amount of time to prevent rate spamming? Then there could be a limit for how many vouch copy's you could get per week or something.

yh spamming wouldn't really matter since it's obvious anyways. As for the vouch copies, I think it's really up to the person providing it. I an many others for example and I'm sure you too, have people asking for vouch copies, when we're not actually giving any out at the time I report the posts anyways n they're deleted but I think the rules page needs to be moved (just on the front page) + this added for it to be effective.

Rhythmn Bosny is now a Verringer technically...I don't think there's a lack of moderation of whatever coming.

I don't really have much experience with Xenforo but Verringer did pick Bosny to be the Manager/Admin for a reason so I'm sure he could figure out something.

To be honest, I think there are more pointless thread and comment problems causing spam. This vouch copy thing could be a problem too, but I'd try solving the first one before I do anything else.

Also people are still going to post on the thread imo. Unless there's some way of filtering it to predict that they're asking for a vouch copy...which is impractical.

Isn't common sense part of the rules? Maybe add "no asking for vouch copies if you're less than 100 ratings."

Well it's a similar situation for offtopic/lq/shit posts. They have to be reported and just deleted basically. It's up to people to read more or less but we can't expect that much from them lol

I think this thread is pointless. Many people are bashing at other people's threads. Are we able to do anything about it? No, it just gets locked or they just move on.

You joined a year ago, and I'm pretty sure you would be at 100+ ratings. I joined 3/4 a year ago, but I wasn't active long enough. I'm pretty sure you were active. That's why you have +1000 ratings which you're lucky for.

If I wanted to give out vouch copies, I'll choose the ratings myself and outline it clearly within the thread. I don't think this would help majorly but it would be good to have some sort of "minimum" as a guideline when to ask for.

If I want people with 75 +, I'll do that. If I choose 300 + then I'll do that myself as well.

It's still a legit suggestion, even though it may not be implemented, which it most likely can't unless it's rule based, it doesn't hurt anyone. How is this thread being made effecting you? If you don't think it will be added, don't worry about it.
