Vouch for Ray

Made me 3 plugins and it was fast, one was a particles plugin and the other two were a core and somewhat mainly for faction api's etc, but still, he made it in 2 days! I was very surprised how it had no bugs whatsoever, so if you are looking for a somewhat: fast and cheap but mostly high quality developer, I suggest you hire him

I pretest the plugins on a testing server
