I don't have much to say about my price because it's hard to give an accurate on these days. Some minigames might just be a simple $20 while other can cost more than $100.
As for time of completion for plugins, small projects such as little tweaks to gameplay can be done in 1-2 hours. As for larger projects expect at least a few days to maybe a few weeks. Once again, this does depend on the size of your minigame/project.
