i've had a razer deathadder 2015 for like a year now, no problems but now since i've updated to the latest windows version, my mouse stopped working, the lights won't come up. please help

I own a steelseries mouse with the light feature. Can you check if the software you use to customise the mouse is updated to the most recent patch.

finally. i fixed it
i had to restart my pc like 10 times, then unplug and plug my mouse back in to all my 3 plug in places like 50 times, and i have to make the cable straight and uninstall and reinstall the software 20 times. that's how you fix it
