Yea, but the plugin open-sourced and he has NO resell rights.
GoodestEnglish would have made an announcement saying that he sold resell rights to this dude.

he has the resell rights, the glthub one is an old version which is leaked, sorry for forgot to announce that bcz i quitted dev
