Reach extender

Looking for a plugin that can modify the reach of players (NOT MOBS), it shouldn't be some crazy shit like 15, it should max up to 6 blocks.

Shouldn't be buggy as fuck like every other plugin that modifies hits, it should be server-sided. The command to modify the reach should be /setreach <value>, the value should be able to be modified to 0.01 (ex: 3.42). It should save on restart and show in the config.

You wouldn't have to remake the combat system... Potions tell you what % effect they apply, shouldn't be too hard. For the item the damage you could read the NBT tags right?
