"?" Reaction

Hi!
So recently I have been reading comments which I get confused about. So I though, "Hmm, I kinda want pancakes now, but I think there should be a '?' Reaction".

Why?
I think we should have the "?" Reaction because if someone is confused, they can use the ?. I think this helps with people that can't understand other people's english (Grammar, spelling, etc)

Or, you can make a reply and specificly ask what they mean, to more easily get the answer or explanation you are looking for. ? is just gonne be used to troll

Its just like you can replay and say "funny" or "like".
I think this reaction is needed. It can be neutral. just like the funny rating.

But with funny you don't need to respond. If your confused, you want to not be confused (so to speak). To not be confused, you need to reply and ask a question or 2.
