Reactions bug in support tickets

Earlier today I opened a support ticket regarding some rule clarification, however just went back to it now to see if a staff member has replied, and happen to notice the number of reactions was far lower than expected.

How it should be:

But this is how it is in the support ticket:

It seems to be only displaying the amount of likes I have, not amount of reactions:

My ticket is under the other section, incase it only happens to that section.

Yep, there are many small bugs with the tickets system.
Including that, the fact that you don't automatically follow tickets you reply to, the date at the top of the post always being the current date instead of when it was posted, and a bunch of moderator specific stuff such as resolved reports which were assigned to you no longer appearing assigned if a reply opens up the ticket again; yet still functioning as if it were assigned to you, not being able to search resolved tickets, the error popup message when in a ticket page, and probably other things I'm forgetting.

It certainly needs a lot of work, but personally, I'm thinking we need to go back to the previous support subforum until the ticket addon is stable.

This was resolved when we switched back to the original support ticket system we created.
