Someone suggested before, that the reputation system should be removed and someone should be judged by their reactions(sorry forgot who). I personally dont see how that would work in anyway if reaction abusing exists.
Basically i suggest either adding a reaction cooldown, similar to the reputation concept(3reactions every 24h). Im not saying it has to be 3, obviously it has to be more then that.
ORRR reaction abusing can be against the rules, weighing the same punishment as rep abusing.
