Hello, My name is Jim David's and I am the Owner of Reactive Gaming. We are currently creating a community which contains a Minecraft server. We are looking for a Lead Developer and of course normal Developers.

• You do not need to know how to create plugins but how to configure them.​
• You will be paid 25% of any profits made by the server.​
• Payment will be discussed for work upfront, Just add me on discord.​

Requirements:​

• Minimum age: 16
• Ability to sign an NDA (Under 18s need parental signature)
• Must have discord/TeamSpeak
• Must speak fluent English
• Must have a working microphone

It makes me laugh when I see these kind of posts. If you can't even afford to pay developers upfront, how are you supposed to afford advertisements so that players will come and purchase stuff? I recommend being able to afford everything up front so builds, development, advertisement, etc. If you can't, it will almost be impossible for you server to succeed.

I can afford to pay upfront if need be, Money is no issue with myself and my Co Owner. It can be discussed with the potential developer.
