i had same issue on my practice server but i dont remember how i fixed it ;c

You have to kick the player from the bungeecord server. Sometimes the player instance doesn't get removed from bungee making the server think that the player is connected.

Use /gkick player (i think)

If that doesn't work try restarting your bungee.

okay ty but yesteraday sotw was on 20:00 the guy who send me the screenshot, he cant join there at 3:00 i restart everything bungee and all servers at 4:00 he tried again and he cant idk thanks anyway for helping me

There should be a command to kick players from the bungee.
