Haha mate, that shit is so bad, I use to protect myself so bad, but now I don't worry about it. If you need protection you can do it in your Skype settings, proxy it.

I use to have a offshore VPN but then they closed down, waste of $40. Just don't lay out your Skype to people your not to sure about or never heard off, no joke yeah I'm serious, I'm always getting added from pedophiles, saying "Hey baby" etc. Someone put me on some site not to sure, it fucking shivers me up.
