READY server with player base and donations?

Looking for the server as described in the title. Need it to come with at least 1 weeks hosting so It can be transferred. Needs to have a IP like play.asfsd.com or something mainly for it to keep its player base.
Im selling some stuff and will have around $100 at the end of the week. but then again, thats not including other stuff.
so Im looking to spend no more than $50
