I took the plugins out haha, the config remains!

He doesn't have the right to A) Give the premium Plugins and B) Use MY Setup. This is the exact setup on my server, and I am selling this on my thread. I do not appreciate this.

Why are you selling premium plugins without sufficient rights, and selling my own HCF setup and claiming that you made it ?
