ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Mewb, 24, Business Major and Minecraft Hobbyist. I’ve been in the Minecraft community for close to 10 years! In that time, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing servers and people, and I’m now offering my services to a few projects long term.

MY GOALS, VALUES, AND MISSION

Minecraft at its core is an amazing platform. I think a lot of people truly don’t look at the ability and potential that Minecraft brings. It’s so much more than just a game, it’s place where people can gather and create memories, form bonds, and feel connected with the community. It’s always been my goal to create not only servers but experiences that players can cherish and share. I believe that sharing a dream and being passionate about a project creates a positive atmosphere of success. I value thorough work and seeing a plan through.

The hard and unfortunate truth about most servers is they will fail, This can be due to a lot of things, lack of motivation, budget constraints, lack of proper management or structure, and the main culprit, it’s just not FUN. My mission is to always create a server that’s both enjoyable and simple to grasp and play, while also offering exceptional back end support and maintainability. Minecraft is an ever changing space and the only constant thing is change and evolution, this is vital to creating an experience beyond expectations

SKILLS

I am capable of acquiring talent (staff) that will best fit your servers atmosphere with a focus on positive player facing interaction, and an emphasis on high quality staff training and organization. This also includes creating staff documentation and implementing an easy to use filing process, significantly cutting down on space and time management. I tackle staff development with a focus on creating a mature and logical team with a non biased approach to all situations, while also providing a framework for task delegation and collaborative work.

I can cater to your community by creating an amazing welcoming atmosphere and nonstop engagment. Keeping players up to date with current server development and events is a major key to keeping a playerbase interested, with websites and programs like discord and X, it’s now easier than ever for players to keep track of their favorite server. I take full advantage of this by continually updating and engaging the community with well formatted announcements, sneak peeks, events, giveaways, promotions, etc

By understanding current social media trends, I am able to create an effective and engaging marketing campaign that will be sure to turn heads! I can help you find your target audience, brainstorm on best strategies to reach that audience, plan and prepare a strategy of attack that will consist of content, promotional banners, ads, etc. I will also manage SEO Optimization, Potential partnerships, Monetization Models.

With years of experience with back end management, you’ll never have to experience anxiety with faulty systems, bad server optimization or unfinished or half baked mechanics. My first plan of action is to always create a roadmap and dev calendar to help ensure we’re always on track with our long term and short term goals

Mewb was one of the deal members with the other person, for whom I did Wands plugin with the hook to MythicMobs and AuraSkills, after I finished the person and got paid by other deal member and stated that they cannot use my plugin without attribution to me as an original author, Mewb left the conversation and published my work as his own, basically stealing my work and money from the other person.

I,ve reach out in regard to the src code for a wands plugin. the plugin was uploaded to github, which is standard and would allow myself and other devs to access it. ME and my partner recently parted ways peacefully and i simply forgot i was possession of the repo. Currently attemping to transfer this back to them.

Right, let's look at some details:
1. Before we finished the deal, I stated that you CAN use my plugin and sources however you MUST provide me as an author, but as we see in the GitHub repo, you stated yourself as an author.

2. The story doesn't add up if we ask the other person of the deal, who was the one who actually paid and who we officially struck a deal with (we vouched each other on BBB, not you). He says that you "screwed us over" and asked me to act upon your actions, this doesn't look like a peaceful leave from the project, especially when you leave without telling a reason and blocking me in the discord so I cannot reach to you, but realizing that you've messed up when you understood that all this time I had my repository with 2 weeks old commits and GPL 2.0 licence, and now telling everyone that you're a stealer.
