Real life scam reporting

I reported a scam to some authorities but what else will I need to provide?

Evidence, good evidence. Never been in this situation but I've heard the best thing to do is to get evidence of this scamming. If it was done over PayPal, just open a dispute.

actually most things here they probably wont take action on

its only useful if you got IRL scammed, like by a physical scammer. Online they won't bother unless you literally know where the guy lives and it's within their jurisdiction, or the scammer is successful enough to become internationally notorious. Both of which are... Unlikely.

If it was Physical, best thing to do is to get evidence, but what kind? idk
